German "Salem" 8 day 7 jewel ship's bells chrome plated marine clock, c1975
CONDITION:
the yacht wheel metal case is in very nice condition, and now mounted on a purpose made oak stand. The metal dial, with 24 hour markings, has some tarnish, especially around the edges. The clock ticks and strikes. The Salem Clock Co. had its offices in West Hartford, CT. Ship's clocks and the movements for them were from Germany. Overall Ht 9"
